Reservations for Three or More nights receiving a discount are handled as a regular reservation and billed under our "50% now, 50%—15 days prior" policy.
One Night Reservations, when allowed, are Pre-Paid and Non-refundable.- Check-In 3:00 to 6:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM.
- Late Check-In after 6:00 PM is available with advance notice.
- Accommodations are not available for children or pets.
- All rates are per night before tax with a 2 Night Minimum.
- One Night Stays are allowed at Retreat discretion based on occupancy. Call to check. One Night Reservations, when possible, are Pre-Paid and Non-refundable.
- Some Holidays and Special Events require a 3 night minimum when booking a Deluxe Yurt Cabin.
- We require full payment for all reservations made within 15 days of your arrival date by credit card, debit card, or check.
- Payment by Credit or Debit Card: If you reserve more than 15 days in advance, we require 50% of your total stay to confirm the reservation, and the remaining 50% will be automatically charged to your card on the 15th day prior to your arrival if not otherwise received by that date. - All rates are based on double occupancy.
- Our accommodations are designed for two adults. Three may occupy with an Additional Person Charge ($35.00/night) if the third person is another adult or young adult (16+) accompanied by parents.
- Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas and on decks
but not in the Yurt Cabins.- Please see below for a list of holidays, special events, and minimum stay requirements.

Therefore, in order to preserve the safety, peace, and quiet for all our Guests, StoneWind does do not allow
motorcycles, dirt bikes, or ATV's.
For the same reason, StoneWind is "unplugged." There are TV's with video and DVD capability in the Cabins plus a DVD/Video lending library, but we deliberately do not have cable or satellite television reception.
We do have free WIFI.
