Abbreviated Policies

• We DO NOT accept children under 12 or pets.


• All rates are per night before tax with a 2 Night Minimum.


• One Night Stays are allowed at Retreat discretion based on occupancy. Call to check. One Night Reservations, when possible, are Pre-Paid and Non-refundable, and unless otherwise noted are subject to a $20 cleaning surcharge.


• Some Holidays and Special Events require a 3 night minimum when booking a Deluxe Yurt Cabin.


• We require full payment for all reservations made within 15 days of your arrival date by credit card, debit card, or check.


• Payment by Credit or Debit Card: If you reserve more than 15 days in advance, we require 50% of your total stay to confirm the reservation, and the remaining 50% will be automatically charged to your card on the 15th day prior to your arrival if not otherwise received by that date. • All rates are based on double occupancy.
  
  
• Our accommodations are designed for two adults. Three may occupy with an Additional Person Charge ($35.00/night) if the third person is another adult or young adult (16+) accompanied by parents.


• Smoking is not permitted in the cabins, although Guests may smoke in outdoor areas and on the decks.
